The website www.e-kahraman.gr is an online store that sells products via the Internet (the “e-shop”) established by Georgios Gouverakis. The company trades under the name GEORGIOS GOUVERAKIS IOANNIS ||KAHRAMAN, with registered offices at 13 Kondilaki Str., 73131, CHANIA, owns a branch at 77 Apokoronou Str., Chania. Before you enter our e-shop and navigate to our website, we would like to encourage you to consult the following terms & conditions which apply specifically to the use of our COMPANY’s e-shop.

Make sure you agree to the following terms & conditions, since any transaction with us via the aforementioned e-shop is governed by the following terms & conditions and your transaction with our company implies acceptance thereof.

General Terms & Conditions

The COMPANY reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms & conditions pertaining to the use and transactions of the e-shop, at any time the COMPANY deems necessary, and undertakes to inform consumers of any modification through the pages of our e-shop. Contracts through the e-shop are drawn up into Greek.

Provided Information and Products

The COMPANY is committed to the accuracy, truth and completeness of the information contained in our e-shop, regarding the identity of the COMPANY and the services provided through the e-shop.

The COMPANY, in good faith, is not responsible and bound by entries of electronic data made by mistake or inadvertently according to common sense, and reserves the right to correct such mistakes at any time the COMPANY becomes aware of them.

The product photos may vary slightly from the finished product delivered to you, because all our products are handmade and cannot be entirely copied.

Limitation of Liability

The COMPANY fully complies with the provisions of the Civil Code pertaining to the sale, as well as the provisions of Act no. 2251/1994 regarding Consumer Protection as amended and in force.

The COMPANY, based on the transactions conducted through the e-shop, shall inform the customers regarding the availability of the products but can under no circumstances guarantee their availability. In any case, the COMPANY undertakes to inform the customer on time regarding any unavailability, in which case we also undertake no further responsibility.

The COMPANY strives to provide high quality services and products on a daily basis. On the basis of good faith, the COMPANY shall not be held liable and accountable for any errors in features, photos and product prices listed in the e-shop and cannot guarantee that there shall be no errors, for any reason, when entering and/or updating the features and/or price of a product.

The COMPANY, based on the transactions conducted through the e-shop, shall not be responsible and shall not be required to provide compensation for any damage or defect arising due to an order cancellation, the non-implementation or the delayed implementation thereof, or any other reason.

User Responsibility

All users are free to use the e-shop in accordance with the Law as well as in accordance with good morals. The responsibility for the nature of the transactions lies solely within the User.

The COMPANY does not exercise any kind of correction or intervention in the user data.

Users ought to fill out correctly and accurately fields such as name, address, message, etc. in the online contact forms.

The use of the e-shop is subject to Greek, European and international law and the User agrees not to use our e-shop in order to violate this Law.

In the context of the aforementioned, the User agrees and undertakes not to use our e-shop in order to:

  • send, publish, email or transmit in any other way any content that is in any way illegal, causes illegal damage and detriment to the COMPANY or any third party, or violates the confidentiality or data privacy of any entity,
  • send, publish, email or otherwise transmit any content that offends public morality and decency, social values, minority etc.,
  • send, publish, email or transmit in others methods any content which users are not entitled to transmit in accordance with the law or applicable contracts (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of an employment relationship or covered by confidentiality agreements),
  • Send, publish, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of third parties,
  • send, publish, email or otherwise transmit any material containing software viruses or any other codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or equip any computer software or hardware, and/or violate, either intentionally or unintentionally, applicable laws or regulations, harass third parties in any way, collect or store personal data about other users.

Furthermore, the User agrees that all members, partners, employees, the management and other partners of the COMPANY are not responsible for any acts or omissions of any third party using our e-shop.

Any use contrary to the above, except for any civil and criminal penalties, shall result in the discontinuance of the services provided without any warning.

Transaction Security

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).

Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who can then decrypt it using the appropriate key.

Our company does not receive any information regarding the payment details except that the payment was successfully completed. If the payment is successfully completed, the users can return to our website and complete their orders.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Products can be refunded only in the following cases:

  • If the product does not meet your requirements.
  • In the rare event that the product received is found to be defective in any way with proven fault of our COMPANY.
  • If our e-shop has sent you the wrong product and not the one you ordered.

In the aforementioned cases the customer may return the product no later than four (4) calendar days after receipt of the product. Products must be returned in the condition they were received, with all their accessories, in their original packaging, while their bar codes should be returned in their original condition, accompanied by all documents and original purchase documents. If the product is not returned within the specified period or some of the refund conditions are not met, the Company has the right not to accept their return and not to proceed to a refund.

The shipping costs shall entirely burden the customer.

Please bear into mind that we do not refund money.

An order can be cancelled prior to its dispatch date.

Shipping within Greece

Your order will be shipped to you via ACS Courier.

The shipping cost is €3 for orders up to €48, while the shipping is FREE for orders over €49.

Interbank transfer costs shall be borne by the Client.

In case of remote and inaccessible areas, the shipment is made in consultation with the nearest courier agency.

Cash on delivery costs €2.

After your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. You can also track your order via your account.

Your order is expected to arrive to you after 2 to 5 working days*.

Shipping to Cyprus

Your order will be shipped to you via ACS Courier.

The approximate shipping cost for parcels up to 1 kilo is €7 and the order is expected to arrive to you after 10 to 15 working days*.

Express Delivery comes up to €18.30 for orders up to 1 kilo and is expected to arrive to you after about 3 to 4 working days*.

Interbank transfer costs shall be borne by the Client.

Shipping to Europe

Your order will be shipped to you via DHL Courier.

For orders in Austria, Belgium, Vatican, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, United Kingdom (UK), Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Hungary, Hungary , Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland shipping cost are 20,75 €

Your order is expected to arrive to you after 4 to 7 working days*.

For orders in Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYROM, Gibraltar, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Moldova, Norway, Serbia, Turkey, Greenland shipping cost are 22.40 €

Your order is expected to arrive to you after 5 to 9 working days*.

Order Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

In periods of extreme weather or strikes, and in case of force majeure, which could affect the transport and delivery of your order.

If we cannot reach you via telephone or email, in the event that an issue arises regarding your order, e.g. the product, the payment or the information you provided us with.

If our supplier is delayed in sending the product to us.

If the product is shipped to remote or inaccessible areas.
